"The Fiasco Catering team came to our wedding in a beautiful house on Sapphire Beach. Initially they took time to clarify options and menu suggestions and were ultra flexible and accommodating. The result was perfection and all the beautiful canapes and main dishes they served were prepared and presented beautifully in a friendly professional manner. They left us with the most delicious plates of dessert canapes and our kitchen immaculate. We received nothing but compliments from our guests and were more than happy with all aspects of their service."

Starting from our first meeting where you offered such a creative and varied menu, to the preparation and service of food, your staff demonstrated a first class operation. My mouth waters as I remember the delicious dishes provided and we have received many compliments on our choice of caterers. Stefano was in contact with us the entire time up until our wedding and helped us select an amazing menu.
