Fiasco is now offering catering services so we can bring all that we offer within our award winning restaurant to you. We believe this will bring a new level of catering to the North Coast. Fiasco Catering will provide our outstanding service at your chosen loacation, covering from Port Maquarie to Byron Bay.

With an extensive range of menus to choose from, you decide the style of your event - cocktail, canapes, sitdown meal or buffet. We can give your event a casual feel, or we offer a more formal full service menu with the high level of service expected from Fiasco staff.

We can also include hire of quality crockery, cutlery and glassware and all other equipment.

Our beverage packages offer a selection of wines and beers and soft drinks. All packages are extremely competitive and can be purchased on an hourly basis or by consumption.

Whether it is a wedding, corporate event or private party, Fiasco will create an outstanding and unique menu and service to suit your style and needs. We will ensure that whatever the occasion, we will play our part to make it a memorable one.
